AddLife Academy taught me practical tools I use every day, like how to make my presentations more engaging.
The best part of AddLife Academy is the mix of people and perspectives. You get to work with colleagues you wouldn’t normally meet, share experiences, and learn from each other. The atmosphere is open and supportive, and you always walk away with something new, whether it’s a technique, a piece of advice, or just a bit more confidence.
I’ve been with Holm-Halby for over 16 years and have done a lot of different trainings, but these courses are different. At AddLife Academy, it’s all about learning by doing, meeting colleagues from all over Europe, working together in teams, and picking up new ideas you can actually use in your daily work. What stands out most is how practical and useful the AddLife Academy has been.
Even after so many years in the business, I discovered new things, simple but powerful tips that really make a difference. I can really recommend these courses to anyone who wants to develop their skills and bring new energy into their work. It doesn’t take a lot of time, but the impact is big.
