Positive feedback from entrepreneurs within the AddLife family gave me the confidence to join,
The company I came from was part of a European MedTech Distributors Association, which I also had the honour of serving as its’ President. Within the association, we had a strong culture of supporting each other. A few years ago, some of these companies became part of AddLife. They spoke very highly of their experiences of being acquired by AddLife and when it came the time for me to consider joining AddLife their positive feedback gave me the confidence to take the next step.
From the very beginning, the process felt natural, and sharing plans and visions came easily. The formal due diligence was, as expected, thorough and standardised, but what stood out was AddLife’s approach: before diving into numbers, they focused on people, culture, and values. That made all the difference.
What I discovered after joining was that AddLife truly lives its values. Even with a decentralised model, there is a strong, shared culture that brings everyone together.
It’s a unique combination: the resources, network, and expertise of a large company, paired with the flexibility, personality, and efficiency of an entrepreneur. This isn’t just something written on a website; it’s something you feel in every interaction.
The transition for our team was smooth, and over time, the benefits became clear. We continued our activities and plans, but now with a solid foundation and a broader network. The combination of running your own activities, benefiting from others’ contributions, and supporting others professionally is truly rewarding.
Looking ahead, I am proud to be part of AddLife. Together, we are building something greater, combining strengths, sharing values, and shaping the future of Life Science.
