Right chemistry from the start
BioCat 23/09/2025
Every step of the process, from initial talks to signing the contract, was pragmatic, straightforward, and quick.

When we began considering the future of BioCat, I realized that selling the company was about much more than just the numbers. While the financial side is important, what really mattered was finding a partner who would respect our values, support our team, and help us continue building on our strong foundation.
We had been aware of AddLife for some time, particularly through our relationship with Euroclone, which spoke very positively about joining the AddLife family. That's why we proactively reached out to AddLife. From the very first call with Peter Simonsbacka, I felt that we shared a common understanding of the distribution business in the Life Sciences and what it takes to succeed.
The chemistry was right from the start, and every step of the process, from initial talks to signing the contract, was pragmatic, straightforward, and quick.
What I appreciate most is that AddLife truly lives its values. They combine the resources, networks, and expertise of a large company with the flexibility, personality, and efficiency of an entrepreneur. This isn’t just something written on a website; it’s something you feel in every interaction, from leadership to every team member. The transition for our team was seamless, and AddLife kept their word in every respect.
Today, BioCat benefits from being part of a larger group while maintaining our individuality, agility, and entrepreneurial spirit. Support from AddLife Academy, along with exchanges between companies, provides a strong foundation for the future. I am proud to be part of AddLife, and I look forward to what we can achieve together.
