Your Role at Healthcare 21

We are currently looking to recruit an Engineering Administrator, on a fixed term basis (12-month contract).

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to join a leading Healthcare company. The candidate must be highly motivated and dedicated. The successful candidate will be based at our facility in Blarney office and will report to the Parts Administration Team Lead.

The successful candidate will work as part of our Engineering Administration team, liaising with customers, engineers and the service department within Healthcare 21. They will also be required to deal with queries from customers, process orders and follow escalation procedures to resolve customer queries on a daily basis.

What are the Key responsibilities and activities of an Engineering Administrator

• Purchasing parts for calls for a team of engineers and external customers
• Dealing with parts queries, sourcing suppliers and warranty / parts returns efficiently
• Inputting data to dedicated software package
• Liaising with internal departments to resolve daily issues
• Report writing and invoicing
• Ensuring ISO standards, and external SLA’s are achieved on a consistent basis
• Issuing quotations for clients and suppliers
• Setting up new part codes and maintaining stock levels

What are the role requirements?

• A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Experience of product order and invoicing customers an advantage
• High level of computer literacy including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience in working with SAP an advantage
• Experience with the Healthcare sector would be advantageous
