Production specialist at Biolin Scientific

The main responsibility will include tasks as:

• Collect needed material according to the production plan and prepare relevant production equipment,
• Produce QSense sensors and perform quality control (QC)/inspection, packing and shipping, following documented instructions.
• Keep records of production and quality control activities, including potential deviations
• Meet planned delivery deadlines and keep sensors stocks at optimal levels.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized production, quality control, and packing environment for equipment and materials.
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement processes to enhance sensor production and ensure superior quality
• Participate in additional tasks and responsibilities as agreed upon with the manager. We value your versatility and adaptability!

Qualifications and experience

In this role as a production specialist, prior experience and knowledge in working within production and laboratory environments are highly valued. You have a high school diploma in science or equivalent education. Experience of working under a quality system (ISO) and familiar with a production planning system (Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is advantageous. Microsoft Office skills and knowledge at a moderate to high level is required. Knowledge and experience of thin film deposition technology and material science is a plus.

You have good drive to operate, learn and organize. Have excellent team working skills and can communicate technical challenges concisely. The position requires basic verbal and written English skills. Most importantly, good motivation for work is needed.
