Taxation in regards to the distribution of AddLife
According to a letter answer from Skatteverket (the Swedish Tax Agency), the distribution of shares in AddLife is exempt from tax in Sweden on the basis of the so-called Lex ASEA rules. The tax base value of the shares in Addtech that entitle the holder to distribution will be allocated between these shares and the distributed shares in AddLife. Allocation of tax is based on the change in value of the shares in Addtech arising from the distribution of shares in AddLife.
