On the 30 March 2016, the Board of Directors of AddLife AB (publ) (”AddLife”) resolved on the terms and conditions of the share issue with preferential rights for existing shareholders in AddLife (the “Issue”). The terms and conditions were published through a press release the same day. The prospectus supplement has now been approved and registered by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority.
